For guests who want Urnes without giving it the whole day. A small coach follows the narrow east-shore road down the Lustrafjord to the church, forty-five minutes each way, a guide takes you inside the oldest stave church in Norway — standing since about 1130 — and the coach brings you back to the ship two and a half hours after you left, with the rest of the call still yours.

Departures run through the call on one coach, at times agreed with the church for each call. Admission is included, and the price is the same whether you buy the ticket on board or on the quay.

  • Inside Urnes stave church, on UNESCO's list since 1979
  • The east-shore road, with the church above the fjord
  • Admission included in one fixed price
